To be a passionate individual to deliver personalised and memorable experiences for customers. Customers will rely on this agent to answer questions, address their concerns, and help them with answering their concerns, taking orders, scheduling, etc.
The Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and make outgoing calls promptly
- Secure detailed bookings and appointments for customers, allocating the relevant service code for the service
- Develop and establish working relationships with potential customers and repeat customers
- Calls and collects customer information, and promote products and services
- Assists customers with their requests, orders, and inquiries and create sample request/s forms when requested
- Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer needs
- Comprehend product or services information sheets and relay to customers in simple terms
The Work Set-Up:
- Work onsite
- 8 hour work shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift (8pm to 5am)
The Location: Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.

Qualifications/Requirements
The Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience in Customer Service or a similar role
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- With experience using RingCentral, Google Calendar and CRM tools is a plus
- Must be friendly, outgoing and have a conversational tone of voice
- Must have a clear speaking voice and be able to communicate well over the phone
- Must be able to follow set procedures including the ability to read scripts verbatim.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and use initiative to work independently.
- Extremely organized and has strong ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- People focused, empathetic, work well as part of a team with great collaboration
- Candidate must be willing to be flexible with their shift.
