Job Description This is an on-site contract role for a Sales Director at Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc., to focus on the following projects:Prana Garden Villas at Sherwood Hills in Trece Martires, CaviteTulip Garden & PAHARA at Southwoods CityAlabang West at Daang Hari, Las Pinas City We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and manage our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, overseeing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.

Experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets are required. Job Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of real estate operations
Sales and Business Developmental Skills
Sales Operation and Customer Service Experience
Team Management Abilities
Property Management Expertise REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in mid-rise residential sales, real estate, or related fields, and with over 3 years of experience in a Sales Director role
Has an existing Sales Team consisting of 2 Sales Managers & at least 4 Property Specialists, preferably residing within the South

Area

With a solid real estate/investment network
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field
