As a Store Customer Service Advisor, your role is to deliver high-quality end-to-end customer service to Decathlon Philippines’ sport users; you will ensure our customers are delighted with our services from the Welcoming Desk all the way to our Check-out counters. This is a full-time role with the following responsibilities:
- Sales and Operations – Help our customers with their sports journey through visual merchandising, store layouts, store campaigns, and excellent customer experiences.
- Customer Satisfaction – Ensure the satisfaction of your customers and build loyalty across all channels by establishing relationships and creating the best experience for them.
- Online Orders Management - manage orders autonomously: receiving orders, managing incidents through providing high-quality click and collect area.
- Merchandising – Show your creativity in attracting fellow sport lovers! Sell our physically or digitally available products that meet the customer's needs.
- Sportive! At Decathlon, we’re always looking for someone who is passionate about sport

- Has a knack for sharing their sportive experiences with customers
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a desire to learn
