Manila - Business Intelligence Manager

Job Overview

The BI Manager is responsible for managing data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence functions to drive informed decision-making within the company. The role involves working closely with various departments to translate business needs into actionable insights, optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer retention, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Intelligence Reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
3. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and risk teams to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and retention strategies.
4. Lead data-driven initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve revenue generation and customer experience.
5. Oversee ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate data collection and storage.
6. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
7. Manage BI tools and software such as Tableau or Power BI.
8. Work with the CRM and risk teams to detect fraudulent behavior and player patterns.
9. Provide leadership in data governance, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in BI and data science.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field in iGaming.
2. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
3. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
4. Strong understanding of iGaming KPIs, including player lifetime value (LTV), retention, churn, and ARPU. 5.Ability to translate business needs into analytical models and insights. 6.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
