Junior Strategic Planner
As Junior Strategic Planner you will play a vital role in supporting the development of data-driven pitch proposals (PR & Digital) for both potential and existing M2.0 clients. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams specializing in Content Development, Client Servicing, and Business Development, the Junior Strategic Planner will assist in creating compelling strategies that align with client objectives.
The Junior Strategic Planner will have the opportunity to learn and grow in their role, gaining valuable experience in strategic planning and communication strategy. They will work closely with the Strategy Director and other team members to contribute to the success of client campaigns.
What are your responsibilities ?- Support the Development of Strategic Communication Plans:
- Conduct Research and Analysis:
Assist in conducting research and analysis to understand clients' industries, target markets, competitors, and current trends. Contribute to providing insights and recommendations based on the collected data. This includes doing market research and analysis as well.
- Assist in Client Relationship Management:
- Participate in Brainstorming and Ideation Sessions:
- Support the Development of PR & Digital Campaigns:
- Monitor Industry Trends and Insights:
- Assist in Quality Assurance:
- Conduct Research using Agency Tools:
- Provide Support to Current Clients:
Collaborate with the team to support current clients, offering assistance and contributing to their communication strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, communications, public relations, marketing, digital media, or a related field (internships and freelance projects will be considered).
Prior exposure to agency work (PR, advertising, digital marketing) is a plus but not required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with research and analytics tools (e.g., social listening platforms, media monitoring tools) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute in brainstorming sessions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn about industry trends in PR, digital communications, and marketing.
