PROJECT ENGINEER / QUALITY ENGINEER (2)

(Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite and Batangas)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepares status reports and updates with regard to construction, and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules;
• Prepares billings for contractors and payroll for site admin workers;
• Prepares a description and timeline of the project;
• Maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site;
• Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations;
• Makes prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Must be a PROFESSIONAL LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER;
• With at least 3 years experience in surveying, project plan implementation, preparation of billing materials estimates, site management, and land development;
• With experience in vertical projects;
• Must be computer literate especially in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
• Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD.
