About the role

As the Maintenance Leadman at NEW PANAY AGRI-VENTURES DEVELOPMENT, INC.', you will play an importnt role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's equipment and facilities. Based in Pavia Iloilo, this full-time position is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and overseeing all maintenance-related activities.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and oversee the execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
Manage a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures to maximise equipment uptime and reliability
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts usage, and asset history
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of various types of equipment and machinery
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
