LOGISTICS OFFICER

Oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, transportation of materials and equipment, and ensures smooth logistics operations to support construction project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment, including heavy machinery and vehicles.
• Planning and coordinating the transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from construction sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Developing and implementing efficient logistics plans for materials handling, and inventory control.
• Tracking inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply, and preventing shortages.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation and transportation.
• Monitoring and controlling logistics-related expenses, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintaining effective communication with various departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Must have 3-5 years experience in logistics operation. Experience in construction industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment and operations.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
