Marketing Assistant (Real Estate)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Marketing Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Create and schedule social media posts and monitor online engagement.
• Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.

1. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on market research findings to support marketing strategies.

1. Appointment Setter:

• Schedule onsite tripping on a daily basis.
• Communicate with company drivers, department heads, and other staff members requesting a vehicle

1. Documentations

• Handle various administrative tasks related to document management.

1. Sales

• Sales representatives must communicate with sellers regarding the sales they generate.
• They should effectively accommodate buyers.
• The primary objective is to generate sales.
• It is important to monitor sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

1. Recruitment

• Always be on the lookout for sellers, whether they have a network or not, and for prospective sellers who are interested in becoming accredited with the company.

SKILLS:

• Computer Literate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT) and marketing software (e.g., social media management tools).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate or related Business courses.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales & marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational and creative thinking abilities.
