Inside Sales Representative Outbound (BGC Taguig)
Job Description:
As a member of the Sales Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys new challenges daily, customer-obsessed, with strong communication skills, can be resourceful in high-pressure situations, and ability to problem solve quickly and analytically.
Your Role:
In this role, you will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients, and you will be responsible for outbound calls to obtain information for job creation.
In addition to this, you may also be required to conduct business negotiations yourself and conduct sales activities aimed at winning orders.
In addition to approaching new clients, you will work with the marketing & sales team to plan measures to bring them to the consideration stage and approach clients.
More specifically, your responsibilities may include:
- Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.
- Communicating with Clients, responding and following up on leads.
- Collection of client information necessary for job creation.
Qualifications:
- Has a business mindset
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Preferably familiar with the CRM used like Kintone or other similar CRM
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage contracts and client expectations.
- Fluent in written and verbal English. A neutral accent so you can communicate clearly with American customers.
- Preferably in background in staffing or job board services, preferably with experience in the medical/dental industry or SaaS sales experience
