We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our remote team. If you are passionate about building brands, growing communities, and driving engagement across social media platforms, we’d love to meet you.
Your Role at Thrive
Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
Write compelling post copy, select and edit images, and coordinate with the content/video team for rich media production.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful relationships with audiences.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of best practices for each major platform (content types, posting times, community management).
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands.
Basic knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms.
Creative, organized, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details
This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position.
Compensation is based on skills and experience: $4,000 – $6,000 per month.
All roles begin with a 60-day trial period to ensure mutual fit.
