We are seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team at Le Meur Aesthetic Clinic. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing exceptional service to patients and supporting our administrative operations.Your experience in a similar setting will help us maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, handling appointment bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Oversee the front desk operations and lead the reception team, providing training and support as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with medical staff to optimize patient flow.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including managing patient communications and social media updates.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area, including managing inventory of supplies.
- Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field- 3-5 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to patient care.
