Marketing Executive

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Twice a week Remote, Thrice a week RTO); Office Location: Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the role:

• Our client, a leading IT distribution company, is seeking a Marketing Executive to implement marketing campaigns in the Philippines and support both regional and local sales and marketing initiatives across all product offerings.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have experience working in the IT Distribution Industry.
• At least more than 3 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably with exposure to regional or international teams.
• Proven ability to be proactive, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and execution of conferences, events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Manages telemarketing and email campaign initiatives.
• Leads the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies.
• Accountable for end-to-end collateral management, including development, localization, production, and inventory.
• Manages vendor relationships and provides support for a range of marketing services.
• Act as a primary point of contact for PH and proactively engage with the regional marketing team.
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations to vendors.
• Throughout these initiatives, the candidate will be solely responsible to manage, implement and support the full spectrum of marketing services required to facilitate sales and marketing initiatives.
