Outdoor Advertising Site and Account Specialist (Provincial Focus)

We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Outdoor Advertising Site Specialist to scout, secure, and manage billboard advertising locations in high-traffic provincial areas outside of Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate will identify small parcels of land suitable for advertising structures, coordinate with landowners and help facilitate advertising placements with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and assess small land parcels in strategic locations such as Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Baguio, Tagaytay, Lucena, and other high traffic provincial hubs.
• Conduct market and traffic assessments to determine land value for outdoor advertising.
• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners for billboard installations.
• Liaise with advertisers and coordinate billboard occupancy and scheduling.
• Monitor site performance and suggest adjustments or relocations as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both landowners and potential advertising clients.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years experience in outdoor media, real estate acquisition, or location scouting.
• Strong understanding of provincial advertising potential and local traffic patterns.
• A network of local contacts in the real estate and advertising industry is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across provinces.
