Job Summary:
We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to develop and execute a targeted social media campaign for a private resort project. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic digital marketer with experience in private resort. The focus will be on increasing brand visibility, engaging potential guests, and driving bookings or investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop a custom social media strategy aligned with the resort’s brand and business objectives.
- Set up and optimize social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Plan a content calendar and schedule posts for maximum engagement.
- Content Creation & Management
- Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, and stories to highlight the resort’s exclusive offerings.
- Work with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce visually compelling content.
- Ensure brand consistency and an engaging aesthetic across all platforms.
- Community Engagement & Growth
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Engage with travel influencers, bloggers, and potential guests to build relationships.
- Manage online reputation and guest feedback.
- Paid Advertising & Analytics
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to target high-end travelers, investors, or vacationers.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, website clicks, and conversions).
- Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Influencer & Partnership Collaborations
- Identify and partner with travel influencers, bloggers, and luxury lifestyle brands for promotions.
- Coordinate sponsored content, giveaways, and brand collaborations to increase exposure.
- Duration: Freelance/contract-based (e.g., 6-12 months, depending on project goals)
- Deliverables:
- X posts per week (photos, videos, reels, and stories)
- X paid ad campaigns (if required)
- Monthly social media performance report
- At least X influencer collaborations
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in social media management, preferably in private resorts
- Skills:
- Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong content creation, video editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media ads, analytics, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing social media for private resorts or vacation properties.
- Knowledge of SEO, website content management, and email marketing.
- Established connections with travel influencers and bloggers.
