Rate: 4/hr, and earn 40,000 PHP +/month

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PST with 30-min unpaid lunch with two paid 15 min breaks

Overview

Your work will directly influence how we grow revenue and optimize the buyer journey.

• 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, marketing operations,or a data-focused marketing role
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience required
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker
• Deep understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics (lead quality, MQL to SQL, CAC, ROI, etc.)
• Strong communication skills — able to present insights and influence both marketing and sales stakeholders
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a drive to continuously improve systems and Outcomes
• Highly proficient in analyzing large-scale data sets from Salesforce website visits, Sigma, and other tools and be able to drive pattern analysis as well as general data manipulation in order to drive key insights.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to leadership and sales teams to drive outcomes
• Ability to be highly analytical
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, are critical
• Knowledge or experience with AI tools and concepts is a big plus

• Pipeline Analytics: Analyze marketing and sales funnel performance to surface bottlenecks, high-performing segments, and missed opportunities.
• Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into simple, clear recommendations that inform demand gen strategy and drive growth.
• Campaign Intelligence: Support the marketing team with insight-driven guidance on campaign planning, targeting, and messaging.
• Attribution Modeling: Improve multi-touch attribution frameworks to better understand which channels and tactics influence revenue.
• Forecasting Support: Assist with pipeline forecasting by modeling lead flow, conversion rates, and downstream outcomes.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports in tools such as Looker, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Sheets.
• Test & Optimize: Partner with campaign owners to run A/B tests and experiments grounded in data insights, and report on outcomes.
