Elevator technician - Testing and commissioning/service tech
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Technician - Testing and Commissioning Tech to join our team at FUJIAIRE PHILIPPINES VENTURES INC.' in Binan City, Laguna. This is a full-time position responsible for testing, commissioning and maintaining elevator systems to ensure their smooth and safe operation.
What you'll be doing- Perform regular inspections, testing and maintenance of elevator systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot elevator issues, and carry out necessary repairs
- Liaise with clients and building management to understand service requirements
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Document all work carried out and maintain detailed records
- Provide training and support to junior technicians as required
- Qualified elevator technician with at least 3 years' experience in testing and commissioning (Monarch Controllers)
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of elevator systems, including electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex elevator issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties
- Valid driver's license preferred
