About the role
Business Trends Philippines is seeking a talented Finance Admin to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of accounting and financial tasks that are critical to the smooth operation of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Performing general accounting duties such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other documents as required
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting & Finance sub-industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
