Senior Sales & Marketing Officer to support and expand its business

supporting junior sales staff, and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen company presence in the

�� Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors

 Generate leads and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to contract closing

 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals

 Assist in the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns and events

 Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and managing accounts

 Coach and guide junior sales staff and monitor progress on client follow-ups

 Track competitor activities and provide recommendations on pricing and positioning

 Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback

✅ Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field

 At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the elevator or construction

industry

 Strong technical and commercial knowledge of elevator systems is a plus

 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

 Organized, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team

 Willing to travel within Davao and nearby areas when required

�� Preferred Skills:

 Experience in technical sales or construction-related accounts

 Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing analytics

 Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and bid documents
