About the role

Wipro Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellent service delivery to a long-time client of Wipro.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures to identify, address and prevent quality issues
• Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and coordinate their efforts to maintain and continuously improve quality standards
• Analyse data and generate detailed reports to identify trends, root causes and areas for improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to address quality concerns and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations, and ensure the organization's compliance
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance principles and methodologies
• Contribute to the development of quality related policies, guidelines and frameworks

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or a similar role in a BPO environment (travel voice or telco voice account is a plus)
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies and best practices (preferably with strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology)
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide a team of quality assurance professionals
• Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements
