Are you a natural closer with a flair for hospitality? Join our Hotel Reservation Sales Team and help travelers find their perfect stay, while you build a rewarding career in sales and service.

• Assist customers in booking hotel rooms, packages, and services
• Recommend upsell options and convert inquiries into sales
• Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests with confidence and care
• Hit monthly sales targets and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain accurate booking records and client communication

• At least 18 months of sales experience (in BPO or other industry)
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, target-driven, and guest-focused
• Amenable to onsite work and rotating shifts
• Open to HS graduates, SHS, undergrads, and degree holders (must present diploma or TOR)

• ₱16,000 – ₱30,000 basic salary (based on experience & performance)
• Sales commissions & monthly incentives
• HMO from Day 1 + 1 dependent
• 20% night differential + paid OT & holiday pay
