We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join AspiraGlobal as Business Development Partner. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for students, recent grads, or anyone eager to kick-start a career in business development and sales.
As a BDP Intern, your main role will be to help us generate leads — identifying companies that could benefit from our recruitment and staffing solutions and connecting them with our sales team. You'll gain real-world experience in outreach, prospecting, and sales strategy — all while working remotely and earning based on your results.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify businesses actively hiring or growing their teams
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, job boards, or other channels to qualify potential clients
  • Pass warm leads to our sales team
  • Providing regular updates on your outreach progress
  • Participating in weekly virtual check-ins and strategy discussions with the team
  • Collaborating with us to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
  • Learn business development and lead sourcing techniques hands-on

  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet agreed timelines
