Lead AI Engineer - Makati

• Provide leadership and expertise to a talented team of AI engineers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD is a plus)
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI initiatives from concept to production, aligning technical approaches with business objectives
• Strong foundation in machine learning, data analysis, and algorithm design
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, with an understanding of data quality, governance, and privacy considerations
• Solid grasp of the ethical and regulatory implications of AI in financial applications
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience guiding teams and managing cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
