The company is based in our Head Office in Makati. Working Hours: (8:30 am to 6:30 Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Friday When deployed to a project, the allocation of his/her time will depend on the specific requirements of that project.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid set-up role for the Offsite Project Accountant at SosaJB Property Management Corp. This is a full-time on-site job. The offsite Project Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting duties such as financial statements, journal entries, financial reporting, and other related tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial information for the company.

Php 25,000.00 Basic Pay + Php 3,000.00 Transpo allowance (intended for this Position only)

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications

A graduate of BS Accountancy. CPA is an advantage
Candidate must be familiar with Tax Submission, preparations and other BIR compliances
Responsible in Journal Entries and Accounting
Experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience in property management industry a plus, or any Accounting firm.
Financial Statements and Accounting skills
Experience in maintaining accruals
Strong analytical and finance skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
