Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst- 6 Months Probationary

Location: BGC, TAGUIG - CAN START ASAP

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Able to handle outgoing invoices to customers to support the company's billing processes. Issuance of invoices and credit memos.
2. Update customer records.
3. Send out a monthly billing statement to monitor the collection of outstanding debts owed to the company.
4. Maintain records on account activity, review current accounts in customer portal for unpaid amounts and determine what course of action to take based on a variety of factors such as amount of debt, and the customer’s history.
5. Interact with customers directly resolving outstanding debt or billing issues, including in evaluating the likelihood of (or a timeline for) repayment.
6. Accounts receivable analysts also communicate frequently with management to update them on cash flow issues.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience in enterprise demonstrate proficiency in managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash flow management.
2. In-depth knowledge in the product that the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst was tasked.
3. Proven work experience in an enterprise environment typically possesses a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex financial data.
4. Hands-on experience in a range of tasks, including invoice preparation, reconciliation of payments, and the resolution of customer queries.
5. At least 3 years work experience as Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst
6. Amenable to work daily onsite from Monday to Friday
