AIRCON TECHNICIAN

Work content:

• Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the air conditioner.
• He ventilates equipment and controls it, making sure it operates efficiently and continuously.
• Responsible for performing regular maintenance work on cooling units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
• Make adjustments and calibrations of thermostatic controls.
• Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.
• Clean blowers and coils, and check tensions of belts and motors.
• Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems, including their installation and maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain refrigerators, ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds, and structures
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards and work instructions
