About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfilment team at Gencys E-commerce. In this full-time role based in Paliparan I Dasmarinas City Cavite, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently and accurately.
What you'll be doing- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock control
- Assisting with the receiving and unloading of incoming deliveries
- Following all warehouse safety and security procedures
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
- Forklift operation experience would be advantageous
