  • Oversees all facility related operations at the client's premises/ office.
  • Ensures the quality and accuracy of reports and documentation for client
  • Develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all facility services.
  • Handles administrative tasks related to purchasing, inventory management, and asset tracking.
  • Monitors and updates report on these activities.
  • Manages inventory of IFM-related materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Conducts regular assessments of management operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • May serve as a receptionist as needed, depending on the circumstances

Receptionist Task:

  • Responds to inquiries from suppliers and visitors.
  • Handles phone calls, greets visitors, and answers questions.
  • Receives documents, personal/business mail, and international shipments.
  • Monitors incoming and outgoing mail in coordination with the messenger services.
  • May assist with additional tasks as needed for daily operations.
  • Provides support to the Facilities Coordinator as required.
