Office Administration Tasks
- Oversees all facility related operations at the client's premises/ office.
- Ensures the quality and accuracy of reports and documentation for client
- Develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all facility services.
- Handles administrative tasks related to purchasing, inventory management, and asset tracking.
- Monitors and updates report on these activities.
- Manages inventory of IFM-related materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Conducts regular assessments of management operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- May serve as a receptionist as needed, depending on the circumstances
Receptionist Task:
- Responds to inquiries from suppliers and visitors.
- Handles phone calls, greets visitors, and answers questions.
- Receives documents, personal/business mail, and international shipments.
- Monitors incoming and outgoing mail in coordination with the messenger services.
- May assist with additional tasks as needed for daily operations.
- Provides support to the Facilities Coordinator as required.
