As a Jr. Account Manager at Styrotech Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. What you'll be doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned account, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to grow existing accounts and secure additional business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Regular monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of account management strategies.

- Proven track record of success in an account management or client-facing role, ideally within FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the sales industry and the ability to provide strategic insights to customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software to manage client data and activities.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
