JOB SUMMARY:

• This position is primary responsible for providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department. Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Records Company Sales and stocks transfer in/out
• Checks warehouse packing list
• Monthly P-count
• Prepares monthly factory output report
• Prepares and Records monthly inventory report
• Perform other duties and responsibility as required.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• At minimum, an Associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or similar field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted.
• Accounting experience is a plus but not required.
• Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Typing proficiency.
• Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability.
