Manage inbound calls and emails from APAC customers with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide first-level technical support
- Document complaints and resolutions accurately based on standard procedures
- Communicate investigation findings clearly through reports or calls
- Ensure inquiries and complaints are resolved within KPIs
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay updated and share knowledge on product specialties
- Support various APAC time zones and comply with quality systems and business continuity plans
- Graduate or diploma holder in Science, Biomedical, Nursing, Engineering, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical/medical or customer-facing technical support role
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized with the ability to adapt quickly
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
