As Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Responsibilities encompass market research, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management, ultimately aiming to expand a company's client base and market share.
Key Responsibilities of a BDM:

Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
