Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To create a strong candidate pipeline, source candidates using a range of search techniques.
• Examine resumes, job applications, and conduct phone screenings to assess applicants.
• Extend the offer and negotiate job terms to expedite the offer process.
• Oversee the new recruit and onboarding procedures.
• Post job vacancies internally, on job boards, social media, and the company's careers page.
• Work together with management to determine future employment requirements.
• Ensure achieving hiring goals in monthly period and updating heads about recruitment reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, Management, and related fields.
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Willing to be trained by recruitment team.
• Good communication and interview skills.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday
• Can work ASAP at Makati.
