Accounting Staff - Tarlac

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Review contracts, sales orders, and supporting documents to ensure correct billing information.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to verify billing details and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and track invoice status to ensure prompt payment and follow up as needed.
• Maintain updated records of invoices, payments, and client accounts.
• Assist in reconciling accounts receivable records and reporting billing metrics.
• Ensure invoicing practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to revenue recognition and accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or general accounting roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior positions).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and billing procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
