JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Payable Area SME

Accounts Payable Area SME will be responsible for the conscientious performance of all the given duties in the area of Accounts Payable. The successful individual will increase the efficiency of the department, support Accounts Payable stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This role will be closely cooperating with Area AP Leaders, Global AP Framework & Process Improvement Leaders and Global OTC AP Leader.

Job Responsibilities:
  • AP end to end process knowledge application in daily duties
  • Leading transition of services to GSC according to transition methodology
  • Active support of pre-deployment and deployment activities
  • Representing AP in internal and external meetings
  • Close collaboration with CODA team in implementing automation solutions
  • Organize and lead meetings across GSCs and GSCs streams (e.g. AP/STP/RTR etc.) and process Owners community
  • Accountability for ensuring global policies, processes, and SOP’s in consultation with
Accounts Payable operations and other functions / stakeholders (BG Finance, OTC, MDM, RTR, STP, Business Control etc.) are created or updated
  • Prioritizing alignment and improvement opportunities and projects to implement Accountability for global communication and best practice sharing across global teams
  • Accountability to ensure Accounts Payable website content and training modules are complete and current
  • Provide coaching for Accounts Payable processes to BG & ECO stakeholders, including executive levels
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors (PWC, EY, SOX Teams, Corporate Audit etc.)
  • Fostering compliance and Global Policies framework
  • Back-up the Area AP Leader for the selected tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience on similar position in Shared Service Center
  • University degree in finance, administration, accounting or similar subject
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge in Bahasa language (Speaking, Listening, Writing & Reading are all required)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • SAP experience or other ERP experience
  • Process reengineering experience
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Projects methodology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
