MARKETING SPECIALIST
Job Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field can be advantageous.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with customers, build and build rapport.

Job Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the motorcycles and related products. Stay up-to-date with the latest features, specifications, and technology advancements.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, both in person and online, to provide information, answer questions, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Product Presentation: Showcase motorcycles and related products in a compelling and engaging manner. Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features to potential buyers.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and support during the sales process. Assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the company regarding product improvements and new product development opportunities.
- Events and Promotions: Participate in motorcycle events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the company and its products. Coordinate and organize product launches and events.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any postpurchase questions or concerns.
- Technical Support: Offer basic technical support to customers and troubleshoot common issues. Coordinate with the service department for more complex technical problems.
- Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels. Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
