Job Overview:
As a Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for new and current dealers. Your role will involve evaluating dealer performance, identifying training needs, and collaborating with department heads to tailor training requirements.You will manage the training budget, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies. Your efforts will enhance the skills and performance of our dealers, contributing to a professional and efficient gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement training programs for new and current dealers.
Evaluate dealer performance and identify training needs.
Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements.
Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Develop training manuals and materials.
Maintain records of dealer training and certifications.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
Provide feedback and support to dealers to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure progress.
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the gaming industry.
Strong knowledge of casino games and rules.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
