Supply Chain Manager - Muntinlupa

ABOUT US:

Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are

seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will manage the full supply

chain cycle, including order processing, inventory control, and logistics coordination.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track shipment schedules and coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for

• Monitor incoming deliveries, verify documents, and ensure items are accurately received and

• Conduct regular warehouse stock checks, update inventory reports, and flag variances for

• Prepare dispatch schedules, oversee third-party logistics coordination, and confirm deliveries to

• Validate online orders daily, ensure items are picked and packed, and monitor courier pickup and

delivery statuses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, customs administration, or any related

• Experience: At least 5 years of managerial experience in logistics or warehouse operations,

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data

• Hybrid and Field Work: Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City), and in a hybrid setup (3

days onsite, 2 days remote).
