Job Qualification:

Job Qualifications – Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and recruitment tools
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency in filling open positions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
  • Prior experience in a manpower agency or fast-paced recruitment environment is a plus
