Driver | Technician

• Ensure proper grounding and safety compliance in installations.
• Diagnose and repair faults in telecom systems, including signal issues, network disruptions, and equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance on telecom infrastructure to prevent downtime.
• Work with network monitoring tools to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
• Install and terminate structured cabling systems (copper and fiber optic).
• Perform cable splicing and testing for both underground and aerial networks.
• Label and document network connections accurately.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and resolve technical issues.
• Provide guidance to customers on using telecom systems effectively.
• Document work performed and report findings to supervisors or clients.
• Follow industry standards and safety protocols when handling telecom equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of new telecommunications technologies and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Can start as soon as possible
• Highschool and vocational graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of telecommunications infrastructure (preferred).
• Willing to undergo training with fiber optic cable.
• Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Paranaque and start immediately.
• Working experience as Driver/Technician in any telecom industry is a plus
