We are hiring for passionate and talented QA Manager for our awesome team!
As QA Manager, you will leverage your analytical skills to create a metric-driven determination of our successes. You will identify opportunities for improvement and help develop impactful and measurable action plans to address these. You will also take the lead in conducting quality audits, report on findings, and propose new systems and policies for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate/s is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the fast-paced growing company through internal audits, participation process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Direct manage Quality Assurance staff and ensure employees follow the company’s quality assurance protocol
- Serve as point of contact for all QA related queries
- Responsible for training and development of quality department employees to fulfill client expectations while managing cost.
- Responsible for confirming and managing compliance with client auditing processes
- Manages and oversees timely completion of deliverables as required by the Service Level Agreement
- Partner with Operations and Training teams to provide quality-related information and assist in driving quality improvement initiatives which ensure consistent delivery of services to all clients.
- Prepare reports, interact with Operations and support groups regarding quality improvement
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Handle stakeholder escalation to ensure satisfaction, and act as interface between team and management
Qualifications:
- Should have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager on a BPO set up
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in performance data management and analysis
- Six Sigma experience/certification is preferred
- Data analytics advance root cause analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills and great eye for detail
- Ability to teach and mentor
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
