Job Description:

  • Post hiring advertisements and sourcing of candidates
  • Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening, or phone screening to see if education, work experience and work performance match job description or criteria
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR procedures and policies.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. absences, bonuses, leaves).
  • Perform administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • With at least 2 years experience in handling all aspects of Human Resources, specifically in compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
  • Well-versed in processing government-mandated benefits
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws
  • Can work with minimum supervision and can handle people
  • With proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Must have good computer skills, especially with Excel, word etc.
  • Pleasing personality
