Job Description:
- Post hiring advertisements and sourcing of candidates
- Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening, or phone screening to see if education, work experience and work performance match job description or criteria
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR procedures and policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. absences, bonuses, leaves).
- Perform administrative tasks
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years experience in handling all aspects of Human Resources, specifically in compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
- Well-versed in processing government-mandated benefits
- Knowledgeable in labor laws
- Can work with minimum supervision and can handle people
- With proficient written and oral communication skills
- Must have good computer skills, especially with Excel, word etc.
- Pleasing personality
