Accounts Receivable Accountant (AU Manufacturing Industry, WFH)

Salary: P60,000 – P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software Xero, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions in English

• CRM Software proficiency
• AU Accounting

• Generate and issue accurate, timely invoices while ensuring compliance with billing standards.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on delayed payments, and lead collection efforts to reduce outstanding debts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track project-related receivables, including retentions and billing milestones.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly, resolve discrepancies efficiently, and support month-end close processes.
• Prepare and deliver detailed accounts receivable reports to management, highlighting key trends and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth payment transactions and resolve billing disputes.
• Conduct credit assessments, perform credit checks, and support credit application reviews
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and financial regulations, supporting internal audit requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency across accounts receivable functions.
• Actively collaborate with internal teams to support business goals, demonstrate accountability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
