Manila - Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
• Implement full software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices including test-driven development, code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage relational databases (SQL Server).
• Improve system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application security and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain automated unit test cases tied to user stories and bugs.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver features.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular 13+, SQL Server, and TypeScript.
• Proven ability in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multithreading.
• Experience with REST API development and serverless architecture.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend optimization.
• Experience with Blazor is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms.
• Must have a secure, private home office setup that meets company standards (HIPAA-compliant for PHI protection).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Exposure to GraphQL, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Windows Services.
