Corporate Sales Executive – Group and Individual Insurance

- Base Salary: PHP 30,000 + Performance Incentives and Commission
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to drive the sales and recruitment of group and individual insurance products. This role plays a key part in expanding our client base, growing revenues, and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell individual and group insurance products to new and existing clients
- Support recruitment initiatives to expand the client portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
- Prepare customized proposals and sales presentations based on client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or a related sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and a client-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel across the Philippines as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Completion of LOMA courses is a plus but not required
