- Assist the IMC Lead in planning, organizing, and executing all company events, including but not limited to product launches, brand events, and partner activations.
- Help develop event themes, messaging, and collateral.
- Collaborate with IMC and Product to ensure event goals are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Assist in identifying and prospecting potential brand partners for campaigns and other initiatives when needed.
- Create and develop sponsorship proposals for brand campaigns.
- Support developing and managing relationships with partners, including coordinating and executing partnership mileage agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop and execute partnership initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and make recommendations for future strategies.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns to help achieve set KPIs, such as driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, or building community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and share knowledge to improve partnership initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports and IMC plans for the internal marketing team on a weekly and campaign basis.
- 2-3 years of experience in event management, planning, brand partnerships, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product.
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and analyze data to measure effectiveness and make recommendations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative event themes and partnership initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in event planning and brand partnerships
- Willingness to travel as needed for event execution.
