About the role
As an HR Specialist at Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc.', you will play a vital role in supporting the company's human resources operations and initiatives. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve a diverse range of HR responsibilities to help drive the organization's success.
What you'll be doing- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs
- Providing administrative support for HR functions such as employee records management, and benefits administration
- Conducting employee data analysis and generating HR reports
- Coordinating and delivering HR-related training and development activities
- Addressing employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives
- Staying up to date with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Familiarity with human resources information systems (HRIS)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
