Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential accounts and client leads through market research.
- Present and promote products and services to prospective clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and address concerns effectively.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, customer databases, and sales reports for accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct research on organizations to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email or phone to establish relationships and schedule meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand professional networks.
- Inform clients about new product developments and company updates to drive engagement.
- Develop competitive quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct negotiations and renegotiations via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client transition and provide excellent post-sale support.
- Willing to travel for work.
- Perform other tasks given by the Immediate Supervisor and top management.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Engineering or any related field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales is an advantage
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Fast learner and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Spread Sheet, PPT)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
