About the role

Power Mac Center is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch their career.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing office tasks.
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining and updating electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Operations Management, Financial Management, Hospitality Management, or any related business course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
