Assistant Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the day to day task of Admin are effectively performed: Admin Staff, Reception, Utility, Drivers, Security
  2. Ensure on time processing of request of payments, utilizes, billing, rental etc.
  3. Effective monitoring of admin expense if within the budget and reasonable costs
  4. Plan and organize admin personnel to ensure efficient deployment of staffs
  5. Regular visit to company properties under the admin department to ensure safety, security, maintenance, etc.
  6. Monitoring of all company vehicles registration, insurance, maintenance, and other task related to this.
  7. Execute programs to reduce unnecessary company expenses or cost saving/reduction programs
  8. Address stakeholders concerns on time and promote good customer service of the admin personnel
  9. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in administrative or facilities management, preferably in real estate, property management, or construction industries.
  • Proven experience in handling vendor relations, utility management, staff deployment, and company vehicle monitoring.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams (admin staff, drivers, utility, security, reception).
  • Ability to plan, delegate, and monitor workloads effectively.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay
